When you think of being mindful what comes to mind for you? When I think of being mindful, what comes to mind for me is the idea of oneness. This connection tells me that I am not alone and have never been alone. But in my thoughts of loneliness, I realized they are but memories of my fears, which is only my awareness of my own separation.
Recognizing Your Fear
Most of us will admit that we all have some type of fear as a major part of our lives, even when we cannot identify what we are afraid of. So when looking at how to identify your fears, we must look at our belief or thought systems, that we use to govern our life’s by. Every thought we have is driven by a particular action, helping you to continue to define who you think you are and your belief systems that support it.
